The Wellness Experience Learning Lab Marketplace was created to support organizations committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality wellness experiences. Our goal is to make it easier for you to discover, evaluate, and implement trusted programs, products, and services that align with your values and your business needs.

Through the Marketplace, you gain access to:

  • A curated network of vetted vendors who share values and a commitment to quality, integrity, and impact
  • Preferred pricing and business-friendly purchasing options
  • Licensed, plug-and-play wellness programs designed for easy implementation (fees may apply)
  • Educational resources and materials to support successful program delivery (fees may apply)
  • A simplified procurement experience that saves time and reduces complexity

This Marketplace is more than a transactional platform—it is a collaborative ecosystem designed to support long-term relationships, shared success, and responsible growth across our community.

To protect the integrity of this ecosystem and the value it provides to all participants, we ask that you respect the guidelines outlined in this Agreement, including transacting through the Marketplace and honoring our vendor relationships.

This Online Marketplace B2B Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

Connect2Concepts LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as The Wellness Experience Learning Lab (“Connect2Concepts,” “The Wellness Experience Learning Lab,” “Marketplace Operator,” “we,” or “us”),
and
The business entity accepting this Agreement (“Customer” or “you”).

This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of The Wellness Experience Learning Lab online B2B marketplace, operated by Connect2Concepts LLC and powered by Shopify.

1.  BUSINESS-ONLY MARKETPLACE ACCESS

    1. B2B Use Only.
      The Marketplace is offered solely for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By accessing or using the Marketplace, Customer represents and warrants that it is acting in a commercial capacity and not as a consumer.
    2. Account Requirement.
      Customer must maintain an approved business account with The Wellness Experience Learning Lab to access Marketplace features.

2.  MARKETPLACE ROLE & LIMITATIONS

    1. Marketplace Operator.
      Connect2Concepts LLC, doing business as The Wellness Experience Learning Lab, operates a digital marketplace that enables Customers to purchase products or services from third-party vendors (“Vendors”).
    2. No Agency or Partnership.
      Connect2Concepts / The Wellness Experience Learning Lab is not a party to Vendor–Customer transactions unless expressly stated. Vendors are independent businesses and are not agents, partners, or joint venturers of Connect2Concepts.
    3. Shopify Platform.
      The Marketplace is hosted using Shopify. Customer’s use of the Marketplace is also subject to applicable Shopify platform terms.

3.  ORDERS, PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

    1. Orders.
      Orders placed through the Marketplace constitute binding commercial purchase orders.
    2. Payments.
      Payments are processed through Shopify-supported payment processors. Pricing, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout.

4.  NON-SOLICITATION & NON-CIRCUMVENTION 

    1. No Vendor Solicitation.
      Customer shall not, directly or indirectly:
      1. Contact, solicit, negotiate with, or engage any Vendor outside the Marketplace. 
      2. Attempt to establish a direct commercial relationship with a Vendor identified through the Marketplace
      3. Request, extract, or use Vendor contact information for purposes outside Marketplace transactions including sponsorship requests
    2. No Circumvention.
      Customer shall not take any action intended to bypass, avoid, or undermine Connect2Concepts’ or The Wellness Experience Learning Lab’s role as Marketplace Operator, including off-platform purchasing, contracting, or referral arrangements.
    3. Duration.
      These non-solicitation and non-circumvention obligations apply during Customer’s use of the Marketplace and for twelve (12) months thereafter.
    4. Remedies.
      Any violation of this Section constitutes a material breach and may result in:
      1. Immediate suspension or termination of Customer’s account
      2. Permanent loss of Marketplace access
      3. Injunctive relief
      4. Recovery of damages, lost fees, and reasonable enforcement costs

5.  CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

    1. Customer agrees to:
      1. Use the Marketplace solely for legitimate business purposes
      2. Provide accurate, current business information
      3. Maintain confidentiality of Vendor identities and pricing
      4. Comply with all applicable commercial laws and regulations

6.  VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS

    1. Vendor Responsibility.
      Vendors are solely responsible for their products, services, fulfillment, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
    2. Dispute Resolution.
      Customer agrees to attempt to resolve Vendor-related disputes through Marketplace-supported processes before pursuing external remedies.

7.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Marketplace content, software, branding, and interfaces are owned by Connect2Concepts LLC d/b/a The Wellness Experience Learning Lab or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8.  CONFIDENTIALITY 

All Marketplace content, software, branding, and interfaces are owned by Connect2Concepts LLC d/b/a The Wellness Experience Learning Lab or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.  Customer shall treat Vendor identities, pricing structures, and Marketplace data as confidential business information and shall not disclose or misuse such information.

9.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

THE MARKETPLACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR BUSINESS USE ONLY.  CONNECT2CONCEPTS / THE WELLNESS EXPERIENCE LEARNING LAB DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • CONNECT2CONCEPTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER THROUGH THE MARKETPLACE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

11.  TERMINATION

Connect2Concepts may suspend or terminate Customer’s access immediately for:

  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Vendor solicitation or circumvention
  • Misuse of the Marketplace

12.  GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.  ACCEPTANCE & BINDING EFFECT

By creating an account, placing an order, or clicking “I Agree,” Customer acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
